1. Use CPU FFT library, such as FFTW, to test the FFT bloom.
2. Implement a PS FFT.
3. A interactive tool to edit FFT parameters.

Step 2 is done in changeset dcf9ab1982645adbbca3694a8ec9fc61624bee44. The speed is not that good so we may need a CS version.

The FFT parameters become more intuitive. So a command line is enough for now. Leave the interactive editor to the future.
